I go through books like most people go through coffee.  Therefore, if you have been following along with my other blog posts, you will likely see a lot of references to my reading.  Right now, though, I want to share a few of my "Fuel for the Mind" reads that I think can help you with your mindset.  If you want more or need specific suggestions, just reach out to me and I am always happy to share my library.  These are light, quick reads with great inspiration in them. I have found that most people who have an interest in sports will walk away with significant gains from these.

Start with Why

 


If you are not familiar with Simon you can listen to a number of YT that are out there.  One of the most important questions you can answer for yourself whether in sports or life is “WHY”.  Simon is very entertaining, straightforward with clear concise messaging.

An inspiring book that can help you understand and release your own creativity.  Elizabeth shares her wisdom and unique perspective about creativity.  She asks us to embrace our curiosity and let go of needless suffering.  A fantastic, fun book to read.  She will make you laugh while inspiring you in the same sentence.
