I go through books like most people go through coffee. Therefore, if you have been following along with my other blog posts, you will likely see a lot of references to my reading. Right now, though, I want to share a few of my “Fuel for the Mind” reads that I think can help you with your mindset. She asks us to embrace our curiosity and let go of needless suffering. A fantastic, fun book to read. She will make you laugh while inspiring you in the same sentence.
Max discusses the link between your brain and the food you eat, change the way you think about how your brain ages. He lists superfoods that can help you achieve optimal brain performance. He has conducted decades of research.
