TerraCore F1 Standard (.007) - FLIK Approved

One of the most powerful paddles I've tried and that includes the Mod-15. Amazing pop as well. One knock for me is trying to control this paddle. If technique is off, I’m sailing balls to the fence. For the price, great paddle to have in the bag to have fun with.

I have tried a lot of different paddles from the Shogun to the J2K. This is now my main paddle! Pop and power are great and the paddle has good grit for spin. The feel is awesome with nice dwell time. It took a little time to dial it in from a control perspective. I do wish it was a bit whippier at the kitchen but it does a good job. That could be specific to me since I tend to use 14mm and 12mm paddles. I tried different weight setups and decided it didn’t really need any in the end. Overall, the Terracore is a fantastic paddle and can’t recommend it enough. I look forward to what BodyHelix releases next (Hoping for 14mm version)!

At first i found it this paddle a bit hard to get used too. It's quiet and the sound it makes is different than all my other Body Helix paddles. I stuck with it...now I am amazed how great the response it is when hitting simple normal shots. My serves are landing deeper near the baseline and my return of serves are controlled and the pace is noticeable. My opponents are not hitting the ball to me...because of the power. Can’t say enough about this paddle!! With foam core being the new buzzword of 2025, this was first to market and shows the absolute potential of the material. Spin, dwell, power, and pop are at the absolute top! Feel is fantastic! Never had a power paddle feel so easy to control and dial in. Bravo Body Helix, get the density or thickness figured out and possibly a poly weave (titanium) facing sheet, and we could have a serious, legal, game changing winner on our hands, and in our hands!

I love playing with different paddles, and I've tried dozens over the past few years. For me, there is nothing out there like this new Terracore paddle from FLIK. The standard shape feels incredibly fast and light. If you want to add some weight you can certainly do that, but unlike other paddles, I didn't feel like I needed to add weight to get more stability. The sweet spot is huge. It feels plush at the kitchen; but serves, drives, and especially overheads come off the paddle with a ton of predictable power.
This paddle is an entirely new core - and it hits different - in all the right ways. The power shows up only when you need it. I predict that Terracore will dominate 2025. Don't worry about the new brand name. The makers of FLIK have been building elite-level paddles for years, and the materials, tech, and quality of these paddles is unmatched. FLIK won't be a secret for long.
