Body Helix Kevlar

First time BodyHelix Kevlar paddle user. Played about 4 or 5 times with it, so far I'm pretty impressed. Great control, great for power shots, large sweet spot. Kevlar seems to offer good spin as well. Handle length, grip size all perfect for me. Looking forward to good play with this one.

Not right for me

The X4 Kevlar is not right for me. The ball jumps off the paddle too much, making it uncontrollable. I need a paddle that has more touch and has a "duller" feel. I'm sure it's a great paddle for someone who wants to add more power to their game. That's not what I need.

Great paddle with additional lead weights but.....................

I play 5-6 times per week for 2.5 hours mostly indoor but the gold paint cover is already has specks of black marks. Since I am an active player the face of the paddle won't last long.

Hi Dondi. Thanks for leaving your review. The black marks you noticed are probaby related to Magic Marker marks on the balls you are playing with. There are some commercial products to clean them if the appearance is unappealing. You will find that the face of the paddle does last longer than you are expecting it to and, as an active player, you will find that our paddle lasts plenty long.
It is unusual for a reviewer to give us such a strong review ('Great paddle...') and give us a low score on what you think might happen!
