The Adjustable Back wrap for lower back pain can also be used to comfortably support strained abdominal muscles, allowing you to recover with less pain.
The width of the back brace ensures that it will cover your lumbar spine (low back) and also, depending on your height, areas of your sacrum (tailbone) and the lower portions of your thoracic spine (chest).

Arthritis of the spine is a problem of the spine joints. Our product will not help pain solely related to arthritis, but if there is associated muscle spasm the compression and warmth may aid in reducing pain.

Which size should I order if I am in between sizes?
In general, leaner athletes prefer the smaller size. All others prefer the larger size.
