Absolutely had a blast with this paddle! The insane grit helped me to learn how to put spin on the ball. And, the oversized paddle face with a sweet spot that covers almost the entire face, assured that I could learn my strokes with ease.

What makes it special
THE BETA TEST
Over 40 years ago, someone decided a pickleball paddle couldn’t be more than 24 square inches. Here at FLIK, we couldn’t help but wonder—what if pickleball, like tennis and golf, had room to grow? Tell us what you think.
We believe that Size Matters, especially when you are learning the game. So, we made this paddle as long as an elongated paddle and as wide as a standard paddle. Will it mess with your game if you are above a 3.5 and playing tournaments? Maybe. But, we didn't make it for advanced players playing tourneys.
We made it for people who are just learning the game and need a bigger area for hitting the ball. We made it for people who want to learn spin. We made it for people who just want to have fun. This paddle is fun!
It's not a power paddle. Beginners don't need power - they need control. It's too big to be certified by USAP. But, beginners need a paddle they can learn with not a paddle with a USAP stamp that they won't need. It has over the limit grit. But, what a great way to learn how to put spin on the ball.
We made this paddle for beginners...but don't be fooled, there are plenty of people well past beginner that love this paddle!
